A little help, when you need it

Before you buy

Each purchase takes place in the linked store. Check the item’s price, format, included files, delivery information, and refund or return terms there before completing your order. Digital files and printed products are different purchases.

Downloads & printing

Use the download link supplied with your order. Save the file to your own device, then open it in a PDF reader. For a fillable journal, save a working copy and test that one answer remains after closing and reopening it. Phone or browser previews may not retain typed answers.

Sprinkle Cards use US Letter paper, actual size / 100%, portrait, single-sided. Test one sheet before printing the collection. Review each product’s printing permission; the journal and card collection have different terms.

Order help & contact

For a missing download, a damaged printed item, or an order question, use the seller or support contact shown on your purchase receipt. Include the order number and item name. Please keep private journal writing out of an order-help message.

Your writing in My Place

Signed-in writing, conversations, and approved keepsakes are saved to your account. Draft reflections are kept separately until you choose to finish them. A save is confirmed only when the account accepts it. If saving fails, keep the page open, download your entries, and use Retry saving. If another tab changed your account, export unsaved work before reloading.

Only messages you send to Gracenya and recent conversation context go to OpenAI for a reply. Saved journals are not automatically sent to the AI. Your writing is not displayed in the shops or used to create sales prompts. You can download or delete account entries from the personal-space controls.

Sound & reminders

Sound is optional. Listen uses your browser’s read-aloud support, which varies by device. Calendar reminders are chosen by you: download the reminder, add it to your calendar, and confirm its alert. Home at Heart does not send push notifications.
